Refund policy

In the event of damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. We may ask for photo to help understand the problems. Lotus Imports will arrange a collection of the goods or ask the customer to dispose of them as they see fit and a FULL refund will be issued via the original payment method.

In the event of unwanted goods please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. For a return to be accepted, customers must ensure goods are securely packed in perfect resalable condition and in original packaging, please also note this must be the full quantity ordered. Customers are responsible for return carriage costs plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

Please note we cannot accept returns for any last end of lines/clearance/discounted lines. 

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
